The theme of ROW 12 will be “Managing Rights-of-Way in a Changing Climate,” and through this call for papers, we welcome you to contribute to the body of knowledge. Environmental management of rights-of-way, whether it be planning of new infrastructure or operating of existing corridors, is evolving alongside changing climates, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder concerns. Papers will be considered amongst a broad set of relevant themes and topics, including planning and regulation, vegetation and ecosystems, wildlife and habitat, as well as tools and technology.
